    Channel Sales Manager

    Channel Sales Manager

    You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and on-boarding new resellers in Nigeria. You will manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue. The role is responsible for maximizing reseller’s coverage. You will also coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.

    Reporting Line

    The role reports to ED, Sales & Communications.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
    • Managing all OEMs of the IoT devices, the Sigfox Network and Technical engineers to successfully build and launch all their new product features by providing clear goals and driving the incremental value that can be delivered to our internal customers and resellers.
    • Nurturing the feedback loop between my product teams and end-users/resellers and in turn setting product requirements as an outcome of deep understanding of end-users/reseller's needs.
    • Evaluate resellers' sales performance and recommend improvements.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 4 years Channel Sales Management experience required.
    • Knowledge of the IoT portfolio & sales process
    • Passionate about selecting, training, motivating and managing channel partners and their sales and support staff in a fast-paced inbound/outbound environment
    • Knack for setting and meeting channel partner objectives and dealing with highly competitive market demands
    • Recognized as a true coach to channel partners: prospecting, presenting, proposing, closing, acquiring new accounts and renewing existing
    • Known as a problem-solver, someone who regularly deals with escalations and removes performance/process obstacles
