Job Summary

• The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the Port Harcourt office.
• The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can manage people, processes, and resources efficiently while ensuring an excellent client and trainee experience.
• This role requires a professional, mature, and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the training center
• Oversee administrative functions including scheduling, record-keeping, and logistics
• Ensure smooth execution of all training programs and coordinate with facilitators
• Supervise support staff and ensure high standards of office performance and customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for staff and trainees
• Liaise with the Lagos head office and report directly to the CEO
• Monitor inventory, requisitions, and usage of training materials
• Handle inquiries, manage registrations, and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role (training/education/operations management preferred)
• Female, aged 35 years and above
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office management tools
• Experience in managing staff and dealing with clients professionally.
