Catering Officer (Supervisor) at Lily Hospitals Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cooks, stewards, and waitresses
• Balance sales with account officers
• Establish and enforce comprehensive food safety regulations
• Track inventory and order food and supplies
• Supervise food production and distribution
• Ensure high-quality food production
• Plan and prepare menus with dietitians
• Maintain a hygienic and safe kitchen environment
• Respond to customer issues and requests
• Record and report incidents or challenges

Qualifications

• OND/HND in Business Management, Food Science and Technology, Human Nutrition, Public Health or any other related field.
• Culinary certification will be an added advantage
• At least 1 year experience in a standard catering service doing similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to read and write
• Understand good practice with regard to food quality, hygiene and customer care
