Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and provide friendly, professional service.
• Scan and process customer purchases accurately.
• Receive payments by cash, debit cards, credit cards, mobile payments
• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Resolve customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
• Bag customers' purchases carefully and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked checkout area.
• Follow company policies regarding cash handling and loss prevention.
• Report pricing discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Assist with stocking shelves or other store duties when required.
