Job Summary:

• We are seeking a reliable and efficient Cashier to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for processing transactions, handling customer payments, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
• Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments
• Count change and balance cash drawer
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Scan items and bag merchandise
• Handle returns and exchanges
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 2+ year of experience in retail or customer service
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required
