Cashier at ECLAT HR Consulting

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

• Receive, process, and reconcile payments from customers (cash, transfer, POS, etc.).
• Issue accurate receipts, invoices, or confirmations of payment.
• Maintain accurate records of all cash and financial transactions.
• Prepare daily cash summaries and submit detailed reports to the finance department.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all payment-related records.
• Support reconciliation of cash and bank transactions.
• Monitor and maintain adequate cash levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist with petty cash disbursements and documentation.
• Ensure all financial transactions are conducted in compliance with company policies.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments (sales, admin, finance) to ensure seamless operations.

Requirement

• Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1 years proven experience in a similar role (Cashier, Finance Clerk, Teller, or Accountant Assistant).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
