Cashier at Cool TV & Wazobia TV

Job Purpose:

Cashier shall be responsible for receiving and making petty cash payments and issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities;

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change
• Issuing out approved payment of petty cash
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Sending out monthly report to HOD on a weekly/monthly basis on transactions made.

Reporting

• Daily activity reports (Time sheets) and weekly performance reports.
