Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Cashier / Billing Executive to join our team at the Kano office.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Operations: Process customer tyre and service transactions, generate invoices, and handle daily cash/electronic payments accurately.
• Account Reconciliation: Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
• Customer Service: Assist clients with billing inquiries, payment options, and resolve issues professionally.
• Record Keeping: Maintain neat and updated physical and digital logs of all financial transactions.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Location: Must be residing in or willing to commute to Kano.
• Skills: Strong numerical skills, basic computer literacy (MS Excel/POS systems), and excellent communication.
