Call Center Intern at KALTANI

We’re a recycling and waste management company committed to promoting environmental sustainability.
We’re currently hiring Call Center Interns to support our Project Enumeration exercise by contacting individuals and organizations identified by our Enumeration Team. This internship offers a great opportunity to build communication and data management skills while contributing to an impactful sustainability initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call contacts generated by the enumeration team to gather or verify recycling-related information.
• Record accurate feedback and responses from calls into the company database. 
• Educate respondents about the company’s recycling programs and initiatives. 
• Report daily progress and insights to the project coordinator. 
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy during all calls. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any field. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. 
• Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Interest in environmental sustainability or recycling is an added advantage. 
• Ability to speak and understand Igbo fluently(highly desirable)
