    CAC Shift in Charge

    Our client is a large consumer durable distribution conglomerate with more than 3000+ trade partners across the country. Her business model goes beyond fulfillment to provide our customers and suppliers a unique combination of operational excellence and service efficiency. Due to expansion, they are in need a CAC Service In-charge.

     Job Responsibilities.

    • Manage service department and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs.
    • Providing the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing the service team members.
    • Maintains a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services.
    • Identifying problems and implement preventative strategies to minimize risk.
    • Being able to develop good working relationships and trust with various teams.
    • Prepare the daily MIS reports on Weekly reviews, AMC files documented, Site inspection reports, visit end users and Organizations  
    • Should have thorough knowledge on the Operation of Commercial AC section of service center in terms of repairs and troubleshooting in VRF, Chillers, Cassettes AC, Roof top AC , Floor standing, ETC.

    Job Requirement.

    • Minimum educational standard:   HND/B.SC qualification.
    • 3 Years’ related experience in related industry.
    • Self-motivated and hardworking.
    • Strong sales-minded attitude as well as excellent leadership skills.
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and third-party vendors.
    • Excellent communication skills to converse with senior management, numeracy and computer literacy skills.
    • Good people management skills and management of staff.
    • Strong industry knowledge
    • Identifying problems and implement preventative strategies to minimize risk.
    • Being able to develop good working relationships and trust with various teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and be very detail-oriented.
    • Working well with many different departments and external suppliers.
    • Always keeping the end-user/customer in mind.
    • Being results and deadline-driven
    • To work under pressure and meet the deadlines
    • To support service center on repairs and talk to customers for problem resolvence
    • Should have worked in a similar work environment and in similar capacity
    • Candidate should possess skills in giving training to team
