• Prepare, cut, trim and package consumer-sized portions of meat for use or sale.
• Prepare special cut of meat as ordered by customers.
• Cut, trim, bone, tie and grind meats such as beef, pork, poultry and fish.
• Work with other team members in achieving department sales target.
