Business Travel Manager at Allicom Travels

We are looking for a young talented Travel Business Manager. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have deep experience in Marketing and Business growth with strong interpersonal relationship skill, negotiations skill, and be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. The ideal candidates must risiding on Lagos Island or it surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
• Maintain existing business and relationships with existing clients.
• Think critically when planning to assure project success.
• Working closely with the Business Operations Manager on a business growth strategy and then devising an action plan with goals and objectives.
• Contribute to revenue growth and profit margin of the organization.
• Ability to write regular blogs for the company website or post news to social media platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
• Focused and goal-oriented.
• Excellent knowledge of traveling software. (GDS knowledge; Amadeus or Galileo)
