Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Business Studies Teacher to join our team! As a Business Studies Teacher, you will be tasked with ensuring that students understand the principles of business, management, and economics, and inspiring them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to students' abilities.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that fosters learning.
• Inspire students to reach their full potential in Business Studies.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department and Learning Support for students with special needs.
• Promote high standards of behavior and organization in the classroom.
• Set and assess homework according to school policy.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance.
• Liaise with the Head of Department and Learning Support for students with special needs
• Use interactive teaching methods, including Smart Boards and digital tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Experience teaching Business Studies.
• Strong communication & classroom management skills.
• Passionate about education and student development.
• Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
• Ability to communicate with young children
• Patient, compassionate attitude, and a friendly disposition
• Good mediation and nurturing abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and 21st-century teaching tools.
• TRCN certification required.
