We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Service Team Lead to oversee daily operations, optimize resource utilization, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth.
Supervise and ensure the efficient use of material, machines and human resources.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define goals and implement action plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and policies.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics to evaluate business initiatives.
Identify and explore new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for team to enhance team performance.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business management, sales, or related roles.
Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and driving business growth.
Good Leadership skills with experience in team management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
