Business Sales Executive at Kimberly Ryan

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve hospital revenue targets.
• Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, including corporate organizations, insurance companies, and individual patients, and actively pursue new business opportunities. (Onboard 30-40 new patients per month)
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Service and Product Sales and Promotion: Sell and promote the hospital’s services, specialties, and medical expertise to potential clients. (consultation, chemotherapy, surgical procedures, pharmacy, laboratory).
