ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an innovative business process manager to oversee our entire business processes. The candidate will be in charge of documenting our current processes, recommending improvements, and evaluating the efficiency of changes made to our business processes. The role requires demonstration of sound knowledge of business process management and process flows. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluating existing business processes for Pipeline Immigration.

• Coordinating our business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.

• Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of our business process improvement initiatives.

• Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to our business processes and making adjustments as needed.

• Performing ongoing analyses on our business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, sales, marketing and social media management.

• Revising and updating procedures and policies.

• Managing existing process flows and developing new ones

• Utilize existing technology solutions to optimize our business process and recommend new ones where necessary

• Develop and maintain business process documentations that will be used as reference for preparing test cases, training documents, etc.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Process Manager is mandatory. Skilled in business process modelling, process flows, project management, process and change management. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE REQUISITE EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY

• Minimum of 3years experience with demonstrated success in process management is mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or in a related field.

• Ability to resolve complex issues and provide appropriate and creative resolutions when required.
