    Business Operations Manager

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for optimizing our business processes, managing office operations, and enhancing customer relations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to evaluate and implement best practices that respond to our evolving operational needs, driving efficiency and growth across all aspects of our business.

    Key Responsibilities

    Process Management & Optimization

    • Ensure all staff compliance with legal standards and company policies
    • Analyze and optimize internal business systems for regulatory compliance and ethical standards
    • Develop, modify, and implement comprehensive company policies and procedures
    • Design control systems to address policy violations and maintain operational integrity
    • Support staff training, development, and team-building initiatives
    • Assist with marketing events including webinars and conferences
    • Identify and analyze new business growth opportunities
    • Review and enhance company marketing materials and brand presence
    • Perform periodic ISO 9001:2015 audits on company procedures
    • Coordinate weekly goal strategy sessions
    • Facilitate acquisition of international certifications (ISO and others)

    Office Management

    • Optimize office layout and ensure availability of essential work resources
    • Maintain smooth daily operations and coordinate necessary activities with vendor

    Customer Relations

    • Monitor and track customer relationship details, generating analytical reports
    • Administer monthly customer satisfaction surveys and compile comprehensive reports
    • Support additional projects as assigned by the Managing Director
