The Business Operations Team is at the forefront of shaping global operational excellence at Hugo.
As a leader in this team, you will report directly to the COO, and play a critical role in the build-out, standardization, and laying the groundwork for automating key operational processes across all our lines of business and geographic sites. You will lead the charge on analyses and strategic projects that enable Hugo to scale rapidly and create impact.
You will work with cross-functional teams to understand opportunities for optimization, create scalable solutions, and drive implementation.
To succeed in this role, you must be process-obsessed, detail-oriented and analytical, able to switch between strategic and tactical, and communicate persuasively to lead change.
Key Responsibilities
Process design and optimization: Map out key business processes end-to-end, identify opportunities to streamline and automate. Implement systems to enable rapid scalability and alignment with the strategic needs of the business.
Analyses and problem-solving: Define operational metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Creatively solve for bottlenecks and risks to day-to-day operations.
Project and change management: Coordinate and partner with multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery. Design and execute strategy and communications to maximize adoption.
Performance and compliance tracking: Outline success requirements, monitor progress, and build scorecards for new projects. Audit process adherence and escalate issues.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in STEM
Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in
A top-tier management consulting firm (with projects in operations / implementation)
Product operations in Big Tech / large startups
Process design and PM in a Fortune 500
Exposure to design-thinking, process-mapping, and deriving actionable insights from data/findings
Track record of ruthless prioritization, multitasking, implementing systems and managing change
