• Experience of developing and implementing successful business strategy for West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Cameron, etc) which is consistent with the overall strategy and objectives of the company.
• To provide leadership to the West Africa sales/business development organization to meet or exceed sales and profit targets for the Region.
• To maximize West Africa business by exploring new business avenues/opening of new markets in the region/ convert opportunistic market to potential markets.
• To Build and develop an organization that can provide sustainable growth.
• Assist the marketing department in setting up the marketing strategy for the region.
• Define the trade channel structure and ensure distribution effectiveness for each market.
• Develop long-term relationship with senior management within key Business Partners Like
• Distributors, Key Accounts & also identify strong potential business partners.
• To identify new channels (example-salon, pharmacy, HORECA) for business growth.
