    Business Manager

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • Responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team across assigned Express Centres.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
    • Analyze sales data and report performance to the Regional Manager.
    • Collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 2+ years in sales management.
    • Experience and working knowledge of the logistics industry. 
    • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

    KEY COMPETENCIES:

    • Sales expertise, leadership, customer focus, problem-solving, and collaboration.
