    Business Head

    Job Objective(s)

    • Excellent development and servicing of customer relationships
    • First line identification market opportunities.

    Reporting Relationship:

    • Reports to: Business Development Manager
    • Supervises: Direct Sales Agents.

    Regular/Routine:

    • Formulation & implementation of business unit and sales strategies of the State
    • Monitor the implementation of the State marketing and sales strategies.
    • Active management of State customer relationships.
    • Active cross-selling of company’s (group) product
    • Development of new customer relationships
    • Marketing/servicing of existing clients
    • Responsible for the achievement of target set for the branch.

    Periodic:

    • Collates State call memo of activities on new leads/ Opportunities of the day
    • Attendance at Department.

    KPI:

    • Grow State Business to 191.62Million
    • Grow Client base Above Fifty Thousand
    • Existing Client Engagement – 100%.

    Specification / Qualification
    Requirements:

    • Qualification: HND or Bachelor’s degree in Insurance or any related field.

    Experience Required:

    • Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience.

    Skills / Competence Requirements
    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Good knowledge of Public and Private Loan products and services.
    • Strong strategic orientation
    • Excellent customer relationship management
    • Good negotiation, problems solving and conflict resolution.
    • Good knowledge of insurance law and regulations.
    • Professional selling skills.
    • Market segmentation analysis
    • Analytical thinking ability.
