Shop Assistant at Surprise World NG

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and delivery of surprise and gift items.
• Serves as a basic source of information to clients on style, format, materials, price and services available
• Reviews and verifies accuracy of job items and other office documentation.
• Sorts and prioritizes items for delivery Receives, sorts, prioritizes and processes orders for delivery Assist in pick-up and delivery services
• Assists in execution of surprises and decorations
• Delivers items to specific locations Assists in gift curation and crafting Maintains the order of work area.
• Performs clerical function incidental to delivery activities, including maintaining and logging orders for pickup and delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND in any management course
• At least 1 year working experience in a managerial /creative role
• Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
• Ability to learn new skills fast
• Decoration/ party planning experience is a plus Must be jovial and fun
• Interpersonal communication
• Time management
• Customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must live around allen, Ikeja

Time: 9am - 5pm, Mondays to Friday, Saturday 9-3pm (1 day off in the week)
