    Business Executive (NYSC)

    Job Summary

    • The Business Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our company by identifying potential clients, promoting the company’s real estate products, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
    • The role requires proactive prospecting, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to achieve set sales targets and contribute to business expansion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and market Adron Homes’ real estate products to new and existing clients.
    • Prospect for potential clients through cold calls, field marketing, social media, and networking events.
    • Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by the Business Manager or Regional Head.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
    • Provide accurate information about properties, payment plans, and promotional offers.
    • Organize and participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and property tours.
    • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Business Manager.
    • Represent Adron Homes positively in all interactions with clients and the public.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and real estate developments.
    • Support the team in executing regional marketing and sales strategies.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field.
    • 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience (real estate experience is an added advantage).
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media marketing tools.
    • Goal-driven, confident, and result-oriented.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Presentable appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
