    Business Development Strategist & Growth Marketing Associate

    About the Job

    • We are looking for a Business Development Strategist & Growth Marketing Associate for a tech startup that provides a marketplace for ideas and innovative crowd-sourcing solutions.
    • For this role, you will work in an exciting and fast-growing innovation Platform as a Service Model that helps businesses fast-track innovation and new product development

    Responsibilities

    • Identify high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets to develop and execute outbound sales strategies to onboard new clients and users to ideas marketplace. co.
    • Own and manage your sales pipeline from lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and getting agreements signed up to handing over the deal to the Account Management Team.
    • Explore the pain points of customers understand their needs and propose high-value solutions in a consultative sale style.
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to develop and execute sales and marketing activities.
    • Represent ideas marketplace at conferences, client meetings, and other industry-related events.
    • Learn about Innovation as a service industry and how Ideasmarketplace provides a competitive solution to your potential customers.

    Skills & Competencies Required

    • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
    • 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) and experience working with a diverse team;
    • Passionate for tech and innovation and loves the startup culture.
    • This role is the ideal opportunity for someone looking for new challenges that would allow them to make a noticeable, positive impact in the company while learning and adapting to our fast-paced scale-up environment.
