    Business Development Officers

    • We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Experienced Business Development Officers to drive growth and expand our market presence in Lagos and beyond.
    • The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing our business development strategies. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities within relevant industries.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
    • Generate leads through various methods including networking, cold outreach, and industry research.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

    Who are we looking for?

    • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within financial institutions.
    • Demonstrable track record of successfully generating new business and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of the Lagos market and business landscape.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • A proactive and results-oriented attitude.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Existing network of contacts within relevant industries.
    • Experience in developing and executing successful business development strategies.
    • Knowledge of Pensions Industry
