Job Summary

As our business development officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and expansion of our brand.

 Responsibilities

•  Conduct market research to identify trends,  competitive analysis,  and potential growth areas.
•  Collaborate  with internal  teams  to develop  tailored  strategies that  align  with the  client's needs.
•  Negotiate  contracts  and agreements,  ensuring  mutually beneficial  terms  for TeamAce  and its  clients.
•  Monitor  and  report on  sales  performance and  business  development activities.
•  Develop  and maintain  strong  client relationships  to  ensure customer  satisfaction  and retention.

Requirements

•  Bachelor ’s degree  in  Business Administration,  Marketing,  or a  related  field.
•  Proven experience  in  business development,  sales,  or a  related  role.
•  Proven  track  record of  achieving  business growth  and  exceeding sales  targets.
•  Willingness  to  travel as  needed  to meet  with  clients.

Salary: N150,000 Net
