What Will You Be Doing?
You will be responsible for our sales and marketing activities by:

• Implementing marketing or business development campaigns or ideas
• Leading and implementing business development or customer engagement efforts on a daily basis
• Carrying out competitor and market research to improve sales and operational performance
• Ensuring that our customers are attended to promptly and accurately and any issue is resolved promptly
• Ensuring that our social media channels are updated based on agreed service levels
• Monitoring stock levels (in store and website) and facilitating replenishments
• Tracking key targets and metrics- sales, customer satisfaction etc.

Requirements
Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc
• Minimum of three years working experience and some experience working in teams or managing people
• You are someone with previous experience in an operations, sales or business development role.
• You are a self-starter, have a can do attitude and are big on self-development.
• Prior experience in retail/fashion/sales with some knowledge of digital or online marketing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. This is a major requirement for us.

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Saturdays. 9 am to 6pm with one day off every two weeks.

Salary Budget
N150,000 - 200,000 / month.
