    Business Development Officer

    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Officer to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new market opportunities.
    • This is an excellent opportunity to work with an industry leader and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and new business development.
    • Conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
    • Network and build relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve targets and drive growth.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
    • Developing and managing promotional activities, campaigns, and events, collaborating with the marketing team to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
    • Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the sanitary pad industry, including product development, marketing trends, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and advancement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
    • 2+ years experience in business development, sales, or related field.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
