Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships within Oil & Gas and Energy sectors
- Identify hiring opportunities and upcoming projects
- Lead client meetings and support proposal development
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure delivery.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in business development or B2B sales within the oil or energy sector.
- Exposure to recruitment, staffing, or energy/engineering markets preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
