Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, securing new clients, and expanding existing client relationships. The ideal candidate must have an established network of corporate clients and a proven track record of generating revenue within the consulting, HR, recruitment, outsourcing, or professional services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients into long-term business partners.
• Leverage an existing portfolio of clients to generate immediate business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
• Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development within a consulting, recruitment, outsourcing, HR, or professional services firm.
• Must have an existing portfolio of active corporate clients and a strong professional network.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
