    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in trusteeship and financial services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by sourcing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and promoting trustee-related products to corporate and high-net-worth clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within trusteeship, asset management, and financial services.
    • Source and close trustee mandates include trust structures, bonds, and collective investment schemes.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, institutional clients, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
    • Establish referral networks with legal firms, financial advisors, and investment institutions.
    • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities within capital markets and structured finance.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
    • 4–7 years’ experience in business development within Trusteeship firms, Asset management companies, Pension fund administration or Fund or portfolio administration/custody services.
    • Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition.
    • Strong understanding of trust structures, capital markets, and financial products.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
    • High level of professionalism and credibility.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., CIS, ACA, CFA) are an added advantage.
