    Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales & Revenue Growth:

    • Drive aggressive revenue growth across assigned regions.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Lead high-value negotiations, institutional sales, and strategic partnerships.

    Market Expansion:

    • Identify new business opportunities in public and private healthcare institutions.
    • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies.

    Tender & Proposal Management:

    • Lead preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and institutional quotations.
    • Manage complex sales cycles with hospitals, laboratories, and government institutions.

    Team & Regional Leadership:

    • Supervise regional business development teams.
    • Recruit, mentor, and coach Business Development Officers.
    • Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.

    Client & Account Management:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key institutional clients.
    • Act as senior point of contact for high-value accounts.
    • Ensure excellent service delivery and after-sales support.

    Reporting & Compliance:

    • Submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to Head Office (Lagos).
    • Oversee payment follow-ups and ensure timely invoice collections.
    • Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a minimum of HND or Bachelor`s Degree
    • Proven experience in senior business development or sales leadership roles.
    • Healthcare sales experience is strongly preferred, especially in:
      • Medical equipment
      • Laboratory supplies
      • Pharmaceutical sales
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
    • Experience managing regional teams and institutional clients.
    • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
