    Business Development Manager / Sales Strategist

    Responsibilites

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Manage sales pipeline and convert leads into sales
    • Build strategic partnerships and distribution networks
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
    • Prepare and present proposals and solutions to clients
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
    • At least 4 years proven sales or business development experience (solar/energy sector preferred)
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
    • Passion for clean energy and sustainability.

    Salary
    Very competitive with sales commission.
