    Business Development Manager: Property Division

    The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and developing new business opportunities for the company and managing projects from start to finish. The primary focus will be on expanding the company's portfolio of investment properties and securing new partnerships and investment opportunities. Must have competence in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as property developers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals, as well as conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and evaluate potential real estate properties for development including conducting market research and high level analysis to determine feasibility of a project.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as property developers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the property investment market.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase the company's portfolio of investment properties.
    • Negotiate and close deals with property developers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
    • Work with the company's internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful transaction process for all investment deals.
    • Keep up-to-date with market trends and developments in the real estate industry and use this knowledge for effective execution of the role.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the property investment industry.
    • Strong knowledge of the property investment market and trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs
