    Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and expand market share.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales agreements with key customers.
    • Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to optimize business strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
    • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the beverage or FMCG industry.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics.
    • Willingness to travel for business meetings and industry events.
