Business Development Manager - Kaduna

Job Description
- Daily Manage the Agent supervisors allocated by the line managers in a designated LGAs of state/City
- Train Agent supervisors to be more efficient to develop sales agents.
- Give the team's performance report on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis.
- Meet the team's KPI target set by the Company
- Adhere to the company's regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Development Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field of study.
- Ability to manage a team efficiently
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Vast experience in the fintech industry is an added advantage
- Good business knowledge.
- Negotiation skills.
