Business Development Manager at Gotham Security Limited

Gotham Security Limited is a leading provider of security guard services in Lagos, Nigeria. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and help us grow our business.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities for our security guard services in various sectors and markets
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Negotiating and closing contracts and agreements with clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and challenges
• Reporting and presenting sales performance and progress to senior management and providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the security industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• A customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
• A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
• A willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
