    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary:

    • We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in product marketing to drive growth and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience in the HR consulting or tech industry, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategies that expand market presence and enhance revenue generation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels
    • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for HR or tech-based products/services
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
    • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services
    • Develop proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations tailored to client needs
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure successful project delivery
    • Track and report on business development metrics, pipelines, and revenue targets
    • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums

    Requirements:

    • BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
    • 5 years of experience in business development
    • Prior experience in HR consulting or technology industry is highly preferred
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a hybrid work setting
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms
