We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for our client in the oil and gas industry to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and manage stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key partnerships, and leading bid and tender processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Minimum of 7 years post-graduation experience in a commercial / business development role in the energy or oil & gas industry.
Prior technical experience is an added advantage.
Master’s Degree or MBA is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
