Business Development Manager
- Job Type Full Time

- Experience 4 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities
- Increase client acquisition and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to penetrate target markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Identify market trends and design competitive sales strategies.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4 – 5 years in the courier, logistics, or freight forwarding business development or sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (CILT or FIATA certifications are an advantage).
- Proven track record of securing contracts and growing revenue in the logistics sector.
- Strong network of industry contacts and potential clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Base Salary: Highly Competitive
- Commission: 3% of the monthly net revenue generated.
- Benefits: Pension, HMO, paid annual leave.
