    HSE Officer

    =Location: No. 1 Akaka Road, Ode Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Officer to join our automobile manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, risk management, and environmental compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs across the organization.
    • Conduct regular workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
    • Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct HSE inductions, safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
    • Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety practices.
    • Prepare and maintain HSE records, reports, statistics, and documentation.
    • Coordinate emergency response activities, drills, and evacuation exercises.
    • Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
    • Monitor waste management, environmental protection, and sustainability initiatives.
    • Liaise with regulatory authorities and support compliance inspections where required.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years\' relevant experience in HSE management within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or production environment.
    • Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON, OSHA, or equivalent are required.
    • Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Experience in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
    • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.

    Facility Supervisor

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, security, and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company buildings, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure are properly maintained and operate safely and efficiently to support business operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise the day-to-day operations and maintenance of company facilities and infrastructure.
    • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for buildings, utilities, and facility equipment.
    • Monitor the performance of contractors, vendors, and service providers engaged in facility-related services.

    • Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, building systems, utilities, and infrastructure management.
    • Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
    • Professional certifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or HSE will be an added advantage.
