Facility Supervisor at Proforce Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, security, and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company buildings, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure are properly maintained and operate safely and efficiently to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations and maintenance of company facilities and infrastructure.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for buildings, utilities, and facility equipment.
• Monitor the performance of contractors, vendors, and service providers engaged in facility-related services.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure facilities remain in good condition.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company regulations.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and improvement projects within the facility.
• Manage facility support services, including power supply, water systems, waste management, cleaning, and security.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and facility performance records.
• Monitor facility budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Liaise with relevant departments to address facility-related concerns and requirements.
• Ensure emergency response systems and safety equipment are properly maintained and functional.
• Promote a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years\' relevant experience in facility management, maintenance supervision, or operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, building systems, utilities, and infrastructure management.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Professional certifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or HSE will be an added advantage.
