    Business Development Manager Abuja

    Job Summary:

    Pawnshop by Bluradish is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and drive the company’s growth initiatives in the luxury retail and financial services sectors. This role requires a strong networker with the ability to leverage existing relationships, build new connections, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence, particularly in the high-end luxury market, driving sales, and developing long-term strategies for business success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Create and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s market reach, with a focus on acquiring high-end clients and generating significant revenue.
    • Leverage Networks and Relationships: Utilize personal and professional networks to identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships that align with the luxury focus of the brand.
    • Identify and Secure New Business Opportunities: Proactively target clients, partners, and markets that align with the company\'s luxury offerings and growth objectives, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Drive Business Expansion: Collaborate with senior management to align business development efforts with company goals, identifying areas for growth within the luxury goods and pawn industry.
    • Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead high-stakes negotiations for new business contracts, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships that contribute to the luxury positioning of the brand.
    • Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about luxury industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to position the company ahead of the curve, especially in a rapidly evolving market.
    • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of business development efforts in the company\'s operations, maintaining the brand’s high standards.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a strong track record of driving business growth, ideally in a luxury or fast-paced environment.
    • A strong network of contacts in relevant industries, particularly within the luxury market, with the ability to leverage relationships to generate new business.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills suited to building relationships with high-net-worth clients and luxury brands.
    • A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long-term business growth plans that align with the company’s luxury brand positioning.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of business development initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in the pawn or luxury retail sectors is a plus but not required.
