Business Development Expert at Deradelight Technologies

Job Summary

• We are currently seeking self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive individuals to join our team as Business Development Experts. This role is vital to driving our growth, expanding our client base, and boosting enrollment in our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and establish strategic training partnerships with schools, churches, companies, and community organizations.
• Drive student enrollments for our tech bootcamps and training programs through digital and on-ground marketing initiatives.
• Plan, organize, and represent Deradelight Academy at seminars, campus events, and tech fairs to promote course offerings.
• Secure website and software development projects with institutions such as schools, hotels, churches, and businesses.
• Engage clients effectively and negotiate favorable terms for services rendered.
• Prepare daily and weekly business development reports to track progress and strategy effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2–3 years proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
• Strong online presence and active social media engagement.
• Excellent network within youth and school communities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales/enrollment targets.
• Understanding of EdTech, digital training trends, and IT services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: N100,000 per month

Performance-Based Commissions:

• N3,000 for every confirmed student enrollment during bootcamps or training programs
• N15,000 for every partnership secured with schools, churches, hotels, or businesses
• N15,000 for every website or software development deal closed.
