    Business Development Executive

    Overview

    • We’re looking for a results-driven individual with strong client relationship and sales skills to drive growth in a dynamic multimedia environment.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of relationship management, and revenue generation within the creative, multimedia sector or similar industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and social media.
    • Acquisition of New Clients for Business and Financial Revenue Growth: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage client accounts to achieve sales targets. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.  
    • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our services.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Represent the Company: Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote Sammy Dove Multimedia Services.
    • Stay updated: Maintain knowledge of current trends and best practices within the multimedia industry.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven track record in business development or sales, or a related role, preferably in the media or creative industry.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.  
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and Canvas
    • A strong understanding of the multimedia industry and its trends, and access to an important network of HNIs.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
