Business Development Executive at Redeemers Health Village

• Are you passionate about healthcare marketing and have experience driving business growth in diagnostic or radiology services?
• Redeemer’s Health Village is looking for a strategic and energetic Business Development/Marketing Executive to lead growth initiatives and promote our state-of-the-art Radiological Services to hospitals, clinics, HMOs, corporate organizations, and walk-in clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote RHV’s radiological services (X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, MRI, etc.)
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships with hospitals, clinics, HMOs, and referring doctors.
• Increase patient referrals and service utilization through targeted outreach and relationship management.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure service visibility, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a diagnostic centre or radiology-focused healthcare facility.
• Proven track record of successful business development or healthcare marketing.
• Strong network within the healthcare ecosystem (clinics, doctors, HMOs, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and adaptable.
