    Business Development Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
    • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans.
    • Identify and pursue new projects, partnerships, and investments.
    • Source for tender published.
    • Lead proposal development and tender submissions.
    • Ensure compliance with proposal and tender requirements.
    • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
    • 2-4years experience
    • MBA or advanced degree is an added advantage.
    • Proven business development track record in oil and gas.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong industry knowledge and market understanding.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
