Business Development Associate at Stratagem Energy Management Company Limited

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing customer relationships and participating in closing opportunities
• Conduct regular local market research and analysis to develop recommendations for the Nigerian market to increase sales.
• Delivering daily, weekly, monthly sales pipeline, earned revenue & other requisite KPI
• Developing relationships with the various industry potentials to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
• Analyze competitor information and provide market intelligence reports.
• Prepare and submit tender documents (specifications, Bill of Quantities, drawings, etc.) and designs as per requirements
• Consult with and advise clients regarding the efficient use of energy with existing systems and potential installation of appropriate product or technologies
• Develops sales proposals to drive the sales process
• Doing everything else as assigned by your line manager.

Technical Knowledge

• Excellent understanding of the utility industry, consumer-oriented Solid understanding of the renewable energy marketplace. Understands market dynamics as well as the legal and regulatory landscape. Strong familiarity with emerging energy technologies including solar, metering, lighting etc.
• Basic knowledge of electric and gas systems, commercial building energy technologies
• Understanding of clients electrical building systems such as HVAC systems and controls, lighting control systems, occupancy sensing, intelligent building systems 
• Ability to conduct energy Audit, analyses and calculations
