Developing relationships with the various industry potentials to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
Analyze competitor information and provide market intelligence reports.
Prepare and submit tender documents (specifications, Bill of Quantities, drawings, etc.) and designs as per requirements
Consult with and advise clients regarding the efficient use of energy with existing systems and potential installation of appropriate product or technologies
Develops sales proposals to drive the sales process
Doing everything else as assigned by your line manager.
Technical Knowledge
Excellent understanding of the utility industry, consumer-oriented Solid understanding of the renewable energy marketplace. Understands market dynamics as well as the legal and regulatory landscape. Strong familiarity with emerging energy technologies including solar, metering, lighting etc.
Basic knowledge of electric and gas systems, commercial building energy technologies
Understanding of clients electrical building systems such as HVAC systems and controls, lighting control systems, occupancy sensing, intelligent building systems
Ability to conduct energy Audit, analyses and calculations
