    Business Developer

    Job Summary

    • The Business Developer will be involved in identifying, acquiring, and maintaining relationships with clients, primarily healthcare providers such as hospitals, clinics, and physicians' offices.
    • You will be responsible for increasing the company's revenue, market share, and overall business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify potential clients, such as hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Analyze competitor activities and develop effective strategies to gain a competitive edge.
    • Identify new markets and target audiences.
    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Promote the laboratory's services and offerings to potential clients.
    • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
    • Create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
    • Manage the laboratory's online presence through social media and website.
    • Organize and participate in industry events and conferences.
    • Collaborate with the laboratory's operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Ability to negotiate favorable terms with clients.
    • Understanding of the healthcare industry and market trends.
    • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities.
    • Ability to find creative solutions to challenges.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
