    Business Developer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify premium vendors and evaluate partnership opportunities
    • Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new vendors through diverse channels (e.g. physical visits, cold calls, networking. social media).
    • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to foster loyalty and trust,
    • Represent the company at industry events to build visibility and connections
    • Negotiate agreements and finalize SLAs in collaboration with internal teams.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
    • Proven experience in business development. sales, or vendor acquisition. preferably in the Agric/Poultry sector.
    • Strong negotiation. communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools
